Every ticket is one entry. When the timer ends, winners are drawn at random from all tickets. Each person can only win once per raffle and flagged multi-accounts are skipped.
Prizes and store rewards land in your profile inventory as Pending. The team pays them out and marks them Tipped / Complete. Questions go to a Discord ticket.
Most raffles need a linked Kick and Discord account. The raffle card lists anything missing, and you need enough points for the tickets.
